If you need support time over and above the time included with your plan each month, this is not a problem.

Yes, you can cancel anytime. There is no long-term contract here. Whilst we don't want you to leave, we do understand that sometimes business circumstances change.

In the unlikely event of you wanting to cancel your Care Plan, you can send an email to our support team and we'll cancel everything within 1-2 business days.

We don’t offer search optimisation as part of our service. But we will happily install great SEO plugins and give you advice on how to use them effectively. SEO is a long process with slow results and becoming more difficult as paid advertising increases in importance. Therefore we think you’re better off focusing on content and spreading your presence through your website and social media. That’s where we can really help you.

Our Site Care Plans were initially offered just to our own website design clients, however we're happy to support your website if you had it designed by another company.
